           On June 16, 1982, I opened my law office. During my 29 year career, I have defended my clients in cases involving assault with great bodily injury, rape, burglary, theft, domestic violence, driving under the influence, drug use, drug sales, and smuggling.

           I have defended clients charged with such white-collar crimes as tax evasion and embezzlement. I have defended my clients in state court and in federal court.

            In 1994, I was elected to the Board of Directors of the San Diego Criminal Defense Bar, and served in that capacity for five years.
